is FREE on everything for delivery anytime during the next 5 working
days. Target, TNT and City Link make most of our deliveries between 8am and
5.30pm. We cannot specify a delivery time.
Oversize / Overweight Items
On some oversize/overweight items an additional delivery charge may be necessary. If this is the case we will contact you before proceeding with your order.

Our Premium Next Working Day
delivery charge is £9.95 + Vat for delivery on the next
working day. Your order must be placed on our website before 4pm. Target,
TNT and City Link make most of our deliveries between 8am and 5.30pm. We
cannot specify a delivery time and this service does not deliver on
Saturdays. Over 95% of these deliveries do arrive on the next working day
but no mail order company can absolutely guarantee this due to dependency on
courier companies, local operating difficulties and weather etc. If a
delivery does not arrive we will refund you the difference to the
standard delivery charge (excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the Isle of Skye) but are not liable for any other costs.
Our collection service
is available if you'd prefer to pick up your order
from our Sheffield head office. There is no delivery charge and your goods
will be ready for collection within 3 working days of placing your order. We
will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time within our opening
hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The collection address is 12
Collegiate Crescent, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK S10 2BA. Please bring
along the credit card used to place your order, a form of photo
identification and your order number.
Do you only deliver to the card holders address?
We can deliver to an alternate delivery address provided it is a verifiable business address. We may carry out further security checks on this type of order. We do not deliver to other residential addresses other than the registered card holder address.
Where we deliver
We deliver to mainland
UK and Northern Ireland. We can also deliver to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man
& the Isle of Skye, but delivery can take up to a week. This is also the
case in some areas of Scotland. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the Isle of Skye is charged at £9.95 +Vat. We are unable to deliver overseas, to the
Channel Islands, Southern Ireland or BFPO addresses. We do not ship outside
the UK.
Who will deliver my goods and when will they arrive
We use a range of well known UK couriers including City-Link, TNT, DHL etc. The couriers work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm. We cannot specify a delivery time.
When will my order be dispatched
Orders that are placed
before 4pm on a working week day that pass our security checks and are in
stock are usually dispatched the same day. You will receive confirmation
that the goods have been dispatched via email and can also request a confirmation
text message if required. The confirmations are sent between 5.30-midnight.
When will my goods arrive
We cannot specify a delivery time and deliveries can arrive anytime during the delivery period you selected in the checkout. You can Track your delivery on our website here. If you have not received your goods within the specified time please email customer services and we will track the delivery for you.
Premium next day deliveries
should arrive by 5.30pm on the next working day. We cannot specify a delivery time and

What if I'm not at home to accept the delivery?
The courier will
attempt 2 deliveries on consecutive working days .We cannot authorise any
further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery
you may collect it from the local depot for upto 5 days, following which
it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge
will not be refunded.
